Truly Manga Inspired!

When working harder is no longer an option and potentially doing more harm than good, working smarter is the next best logical step and is often a game-changer! As I’ve stated in my recent social media announcements, I decided to take my cue from the many mangaka I admire and their studios and essentially creating a paid mentorship program or apprenticeship, if you will. Merging both my love of teaching and my desire to produce more work while delegating a handful of the tasks and reducing the amount of stress solitary creators like myself on regular deadlines face. The gratitude I have for being a working artist in this competitive industry is without bounds and I wanted to give some of that back

! That said, our main goal will be to produce some great comics and illustration work while improving our craft in a fertile and open space for my assistants to grow their knowledge & connections so that they can create opportunities they’ll need to move on to the next level! They already came to me with considerable skill all on their own and I couldn’t be more excited to see what we accomplish this year!
